You guys did a good cover! Nothing ever compares exactly to the original but all the same you did a fantastic job to make a song in such a short time. Understandable you guys want to satisfy the fans but also don't do pointless covers that don't suit yourselves, like if covering blinks what you guys love do like a cover album, or even a mix album of like Angels and airwaves, blink 182, +44, and even box car racer, either way you guys do good work, keep it up!

This is a perfect cover, Future Idiots' style is similar to Blink and Sum 41, so if their covers would've sound different it wouldn't be Future Idiots anymore...I'd like u to try and make a cover within a short period of time like these guys did, I bet it would sound shit.

I completely disagree with u about ur definition of covers. Covers aren't just meant to be a completely new take on a song, it's cool when bands do so, but haven't u ever heard typical cover bands? If u do a cover, the most important thing is that it DOES sound similar to the original, but it's a bands own choice to chose on how far the similarity with the original song goes. U just prefer bands that put their own twist in their covers.

@NaeJoy This song is a "subscribers request" it's a thing we do here on youtube where one subscriber choose whatever song he or she wants to hear. Since we play the same type of music there's not much to do about it. And besides, it's a great practice to try to copy a song and learn about all kinds of effects. It is we ourselves who are recording the songs and we want to improve our mixing skills =) But i agree with you.. this is more a tribute than a cover.
