quite close to tenpenny tower is a rob-co factory. inside in some maintenance room on the factory floor there are a number of crutches as well as some skill books. Other parts for the railway rifle are there too. Also, lucky's, a store south of the tower, has some crutches as well as the lucky shades that give + 1 luck when worn.

the damage itself it's really low, bu usually even with two shots you can badly damage parts of the body. I usually use it against deathclaws. Aiming at the legs i make them slow, so I have all the time for killing it or running away if i haven't the right weapons. I evr bring it with me and in hard difficulty that gun saved me more tha one time

you either go to rivit city and do a quest to steal the deloration of independence,or go north west from minfield till you come to a building go in and it should be on a workbench

Its a custom weapon. You need the schematics for it and then the parts to put it together.

Abraham Washington rewards you with the schematics for this one after you complete "Stealing Independence". You can also buy a copy off of one of the wandering traders. If your really want the gun, it would be a good idea to get both.

is it my or is there an eccesive amount of gore in this game? im not complaining but i got the bloody gore perk and i killed some chick and swear i saw her torso, and it was nothing but flesh and you could see bits of the spine sticking out... and then theres shooting gouls in the face and watching bits of their head, brain, and eyes fly everywhere...

then theres games like Halo where theres just little spots of blood on the ground
