I'm not gonna fuckin lie about lookin under the hood of a brand new ss from the factory with a supercharger. You guys must be seeing the low end versions. The cobalt ss come supercharged from the factory. The srt4 comes with a turbo from the factory

Just so you guys know the silverado ss is supercharged stock. I'm not sure where you guys are looking at silverados, but the 2500's come with a 6.0 also. Does that make them a ss as well? No. The silverado ss comes out of the factory with a twin screw whipple vortec supercharger.

@pkfloyd420 no there not supercharged stock buddy i work for GM the and the 6.0 in the SS is different then the 6.0 in the 2500 the SS 6.0 is a LQ9 iron block which is six bolt main block with powdered metal steel connecting rods and hydraulic roller camshaft cast aluminum pistons and more, the motors are built a little different the the SS one is pushin out more hp too

Stock it's a 6.0 supercharged vortec chevy 400. About 350hp stock. This one with a kenne bell and other engine mods pushes around 500hp or more. It's one badass pickup

Correction, this truck is AWD. You cannot select between 2wd or 4wd. But you are correct about the difference. AWD is no selection, it's constant power to all 4 wheels. 4wd is the option to switch from 2wd. Good job :)
