@LiquidLazer The "rumbler" refers to the low-frequency siren which makes a rumbling sensation to people in front of it, helping them notice there's an officer coming up behind them.
@LiquidLazer Its a high powered subwoofer that is used together with the siren.. many people today drive with their windows up and have loud music and do not hear the siren. This is for them to feel it with the base it does.. it works pretty well.
