I'm loving this song like no other so they better release this album. And I don't think this is the same singer...I can certainly tell. But they are still pretty awesome.

My brother discovered them right when they came out and showed them to me and i can honestlt say, it was too far ahead of its time at that time. They didnt have label support either but seriously, Virgos Merlot shouldve been huge! If you dig dudes voice i highly suggest checkin Virgos out for sure

How could anyone on earth....ever....think Scott Stapp is A) a good singer and B) and above all...a better singer than Brett! Define broken up. Two of the original band members are gone. Clint Lowery is back with Sevendust, and Troy McLawhorn is now a member of Evanescense. The band is currently together, but they're not signed to a record label yet. Sevendust is my favorite band, so I can't say I'm too broken up about the breakup.

Yup! Dark New Day is no more.

The band was having trouble getting along. Their were many arguments about the musical direction of the new album.

This led to the band breaking up before the album's release.

Even though the album was finished, the record company saw no point in releasing it because the band broke up.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

Maybe some day they will try to do another album.

Until then, we still have youtube. Hope that answers your question.

@Rcinch1 Actually, it wasnt because the band members werent getting along with each other. They just werent getting along with their record label. Their label didnt want to support them and their new release. All the other guys are still friends. Hell, Clint and Corey are brothers.
