@zekliv It's technically not a flash mob, it's a "smart mob", because it was done for a purpose.

Improvisation however, is entirely optional. You can have non improv flash mobs. Though again, considering they had people disguised and working as bartenders, waiters, security, and so on, I'd say those roles took some improvisation in the hours leading up to the mob.

And a splash mob is a term that doesn't exist, but there was a pool. Hence the term. ;)
