Naw, in this case I'll disagree with you Condfrontnz; sometimes dragging ye payinge publicke into a dance is good fun (even if they already know, or once knew, the dance!) -- the Fog Faire is much more on a come-and-mingle intimate level, which while different from a Plimoth Plantation sort of see-and-hear-the-show setting, has a generous ease to it.
