Well it sounds like the perfect phone for me because I had my xbox keyboard on abcd for like 2 years until I learned how to change it so I can type in abcd when needed.... Also I am typing this comment on an iPod touch with a capactive touch screen in portraits mode and I haven't made one spelling mistake.... It's human errors not mechanical errors. But still a pretty good review.
i agree with KATOKIMO regarding about Sydney's nails. In fairness, when you do a review on any phone, you have to make sure your nails are not that long. Other than that, you did a good job.

They did it because usually what youl find it portrait mode is a numeric/T9 keyboard, all they really did was take the numbers out and put it in a different slot and gave every letter its own button. learn how to use a damn touchskreen Sydney its not hard no partial nail or thumb if u stick with full nails of just thum pads you will probably have a 98% accuracy and i know i have an instinct right now
Now for the browser keyboard in web mode you do have the option of using Opera's keyboard which does not have the back space key or you can go to Opera's browser settings and change to the HD Instinct's keyboard which does included the back space key.
She didn't do her home work when she reviewed this phone.
Please Note: Allow the webpage to fully uploaded before taping on the screen. When you tap on the screen before the webpage is fully loaded it will automatically zoom you in. So your zoomed in when the page has finished loading. But when this happens just tap on the back key on the phone and you will zoom back to full view.
That is why when she tried to show you "tap to zoom" She already did by touching the screen while the webpage was loading.
Also you do get the full Youtube webpage with the broswer. It just automatically up loads Youtube mobile. All you have to do when uploading Youtube on Opera browser is to scroll all the way to the bottom of the Youtube page and you will see Mobile / Desktop. Tab on Desktop to switch over from the mobile view and you will get to view Youtube full desktop page.
She needs to do more homework on the phone before making uneducated comments.
And also with the email there is a sync bottom under each email account on the phone so you can update your email(s) when ever you need to or when ever you want to update your email(s).
Email is not a problem on this phone at all. She never really study the phone to know this.
Your emails do update with the phone. It might take up to 10 minutes at the most for each email to arrive but it does stay current throught out your day.
She has totally misrepresented this phone. Please take some advice and do your own research when it comes to cell phones. I have this phone with Sprint and this phone is a very great phone.
First thing first I used to like phonedog until this video. You were not bias about the phone. Your facts about the email client was so far off I was shocked. The phone updates as soon as you get in email, may it be Work or Hotmail. And yes if you check your mail via the PC the notifications do go away. Just while I was typing this out I got 3 work emails. the reason you have a hard time with the screen sydney ..is because you have nails..and long nails at that. i think if you didn't have nails..it would be a lot more responsive. The HD is actually very nice.. too bad its the same old instinct under the hood.
The phone has some poor instincts, it would seem... HD video is nice but for a small lens on a cell phone it's overkill. Cheezits Chrysler that touch screen would drive me nuttier than an irritated Sydney.

We don't just use it because it's cute. Start using it guys.
I have used both of the previous instincts, and I disagree with some things, especially the keyboard. Unless the keyboard is worse on this one, I have always found the keyboard easy to use, so much so I swear I could write a book on it.
Sydney you are so cute, and the phone looks good, the video capture is good, more than 1400 ma is good for any battery, but the navigation shorcuts and others things are so weird.

*Ok idk whats wrong with her, but i have an HD and it works amazingly good. I dont have problems with screen responsiveness and i actually use my fingers not nails.
*I type almost 7 times faster than she was typing I just dont know what was wrong there.
*They only call this phone has dropped for me was a week ago and because my battery died.
*I dont know why she cant control the phone correctly, I do very well and the screen on Opera is perfectly responsive.

the reason you have a hard time with the screen sydney ..is because you have nails..and long nails at that. i think if you didn't have nails..it would be a lot more responsive. The HD is actually very nice.. too bad its the same old instinct under the hood.

The phone has some poor instincts, it would seem... HD video is nice but for a small lens on a cell phone it's overkill. Cheezits Chrysler that touch screen would drive me nuttier than an irritated Sydney.

"The quick brown fox jumps over a lazy dog" is the de-facto sentence in the English language for testing keyboards. I've nobody but Noah uses it. The idea behind it is that that phrase uses all 26 letter of the English alphabet, so you're basically testing that every single key on the keyboard works as intended. We don't just use it because it's cute. Start using it guys.

I have used both of the previous instincts, and I disagree with some things, especially the keyboard. Unless the keyboard is worse on this one, I have always found the keyboard easy to use, so much so I swear I could write a book on it.

*Ok idk whats wrong with her, but i have an HD and it works amazingly good. I dont have problems with screen responsiveness and i actually use my fingers not nails.
*I type almost 7 times faster than she was typing I just dont know what was wrong there.
*They only call this phone has dropped for me was a week ago and because my battery died.
*I dont know why she cant control the phone correctly, I do very well and the screen on Opera is perfectly responsive.
On email, my HD updates immediatly

Sydney u do a GREAT job I've come to like u just as much as everyone else loves Noah (don't worry Noah ur still great).
As for the phone, I think samsung had a major fail. Abcd keyboard???? Cmon!
The HD is very nice but not altogether worth it.
Ugh never getting this phone.
