They don't mind cheering because the environment they work in is uncommon in that it really is a team effort (if the store is run right). I don't know of many corporations that offer health benefits to part-time employees, college scholarships for the associate and any of their children. The list of "perks" goes on and on
Lookat these sheep, cheering and getting excited about helping Bernie Markus and Arthur Blank millions upon millions of dollars, and then at the end of their shift, they climb into their junk car, and drive home to their seedy , low rent apartment. I guess it is easy to imagine how people who were "just following orders" killed millions of jews in concentration camps during WW2.
