how did you get GTA4 to run smooth like that?. i got a PC that rapes the recommended requirements but it still lags to the point where its not even playable
it sucks that you can save and i can't game cause i have the game on pc right and it's saying i have to sing in to this xbox live thing to save it why do u have to sing in to xbox just to save it????????
You can save the game without having Windows Live or Rockstar Social Club. Press the 'Home' button, create a profile, and make sure you select 'Create Offline Profile'. Then you can save the game.

Hm, at least police in GTA IV has realistic acceleration when in cars - in SA, when you have 4-stars wanted level they - even when standing - can accelerate to 100 mph in 1 sec with Barracks or Enforcer. It's fucking annoying.
