We imposed sanctions on Iraq resulting the death of 500,000 children. We only swapped food & medicine for oil. We had regular weapon inspections and Iraq was no threat. Then 9/11 happened and it was a perfect opportunity to take control of a massive oil producing nation so we made up lies about weapons and attacked them killing 1 million of them.
