No, I can't. That solo makes no sense and it sounds horrible (like he was playing off the scale or something) + it's not the original solo of the song. It doesn't mean that I should like it if I can't do it better.
I agree> Mustaine is a hell of a guitar player and songwriter but this solo sucked ass. Maybe his monitor wasn't working. The singing sucks too. But then again it's near impossible to get that same feeling that Phil brought no matter what your personal opinion of him is. Great work in covering the song otherwise.
I love how JP does not butcher solos too much in covers. He has such respect for other guitar players and their writing that he decides not to completely destroy their work. Mad props.
