Actually he does by caring for the fish. The ocean can exist without the fish but the fish can't exist without the ocean. If he would just care for the ocean, the line would end there. no it wouldn't have.

There are several submarine docking bays below sea level. This is easy to accomplish through the use of air pressure. its like turning a cup upsidedown and then bringing it underwater. you can have a "room" of air underwater and create a water's surface where the air is pressed against the mass of water.

It's a ball of whatthefuck (read: lightning) that builds up on the mass, and can strike the weak point for major damage.

It can be avoided if you do a barrel roll and press "A" to shoot.

Love it im playing final fantasy 7 for the first time now on the real ps1 im at the part where cloud just finished telling the story of his past and then we equiped ourselves with all new sorts of junk!!! They are trying to save the world, but they want to sacrifice the Huge Materia in order to do so. If you remember, Materia is crystallized Lifestream. Those Huge Materia represent perhaps a billion years of accumulated knowledge apiece.

Getting a character knocked out of battle by the ghost ship or midgar zolem can be good. I was happy about it when i got beta. My character got hit out of battle, and the other two went on, one had the enemy skill. He used beta, killing my other party member and then attacked before i could heal, killing my enemy skill guy, but as the one who got knocked out of battle hadn't been K.O.ed, it meant I didn't get a game over. Ghost ship at battle square is incredibly annoying when he does it though

If you're fighting a group of enemies, but want to take out only one of them, then yes.  However, if there's only one monster left, the four hits from Comet2 will total significantly more damage than Comet.
