Man, John Denver.....I really liked some of his songs when I was very little. Country Roads, in particular. Not the "sunshine on my shoulders" stuff, but the songs he sang for his love of the mountains. Shame he died so very young, like Jim Croce, whom I really enjoyed and dan Fogelberg, whose music I have sing at more weddings I can remember. Always tha song, "Longer"....which is a weddingy song.
