@theblackkknight1 Right. Thats why its what the Navy Seals used for decades. Chris Costa has his own way of doing things but NEVER says that his is the best or only way and urges everyone to use what works for them.
Faggots like you say shit like that to act like you know more than others. Sad attempt at superiority...
They're two entirely different weapons systems. The SR-25 is an AR-10 pattern rifle that fires 7.62. The SR-15 is the standard AR-15 pattern firing 5.56. Both weapon systems have the many additions, and perhaps even improvements, that KAC has implemented into these rifles over the years. They include a propriety bolt, gas system, lower receiver, etc. There is a LOAD of data on these platforms out there.
You can own a fully automatic weapon here in the states. Full auto weapons and silencers fall into the class 3 category. You dont have to own any crazy licenses to own them either. You just go to a class 3 dealer, fill out form 4, have a CLEO sign the back, attach a photograph, attach 2 fingerprint cards signed by a police deparment and send in a $200 "tax stamp" and as long as you are approved you can buy a full auto weapon or silencer. You have to repeat the process for every purchase.
no im pretty sure in many states you have to have a federal arms license or a collecters permit. Other than that there are no exceptions for privite citizens.
Nope. Common misconception. Only dealers need a license. All you have to do is go to a Class 3 dealer, have upwards of $20,000, fill out form #4, attach 2 fingerprint cards signed by your local sheriff or chief of police, attach 2 photos, send in a $200 tax stamp or "transfer stamp", have it all sent to the ATF, wait for them to approve you then your good to go.
This information used to be harder to find but I just found out you can read about NFA firearms on wikipedia now. Just google "NFA firearms" and the wikipedia article is the first one. Or you can do what I did back in the day and actually go to the ATF website or find it on AR/M4/firearm forums.
If you read my comment I said I found the information from the ATF site a few years ago........ I just suggested that if you didnt feel like going through the trouble of finding it on the ATF site you can go to wikipedia. I can assure you sir, I know the law. I have a associates degree in law enforcement and Im currently getting my bachelors in law from the University of Alaska. Not only that, Im becoming an Alaskan State Trooper so I say again, I can assure you that is the law.....
So either way, go to the ATF site or wikipedia. They both say the same thing. And I can assure you you dont need any special license for a fully automatic weapon, silencer (suppressor) or SBR (short barrel rifle) they all fall under the same category and same application process. Go to a class 3 DEALER, fill out form 4, attach LEO signed fingerprint cards, 2 photo IDs, have a LEO sign the back of form 4, send in $200 tax stamp to ATF, wait 6-8 months to pass the check.
Actually just google NFA firearms. (National Firearms Act). I promise you 100% of the pages you look at will tell you the exact same thing Im telling you.
@TheRogueJackass Machine guns are illegal everywhere if they were manufactured after 1986. Not that I saw any machine guns in this video. Suppressors are only illegal in a few states.
@Nater245689 Not if they are dealer samples. I know suppressors are illegal in only a handful of states. I own one in WA. And Yes a law abiding citizen going through proper channels can own any transferable machine gun manufactured prior to 1986.
@TheRogueJackass The laws regarding dealers and manufacturers are pretty tricky with regards to full auto. I don't know them. Pre-1986 rifles and machine guns are so horrendously expensive that they're not even worth considering unless you make six figures a year. Then you might be able to drop 10% of your yearly income on an M16A1 lower receiver.
@Nater245689 Agreed. The prices on those things are insane. Only the small niche collectors with deep pockets can afford those. Goes to show you though that crime with a LEGAL machine guns are practically nil. Mega rich collectors aren't going to be shootin' up ole McDonald's. lol.
@TheRogueJackass Not to mention how expensive it is to shoot full auto, especially with a machine gun. Imagine owning an M60. Even cheap 7.62x51mm NATO ammunition is fairly expensive. 500 rounds of Federal M80 is over $300. I would guess 500 rounds would be an average firing session for a machine gun. I think full auto should be an NFA item, just like SBRs and suppressors. Maybe a thousand dollar stamp instead of $200. No one in their right mind commits crimes with NFA stuff.
By that I mean all fully automatic weapons, open bolt or closed, any year of manufacture. They could probably bring in some decent revenue with that. I know I'd pay a thousand dollars for a full auto tax stamp. With the highest income tax bracket set at only 35%, you have to bring in money everywhere that you can.
@Nater245689 - Full autos aren't cheap, your right and you gotta pay to play. FYI: you can buy full-auto with only a $200 stamp tax.. just has to be made prior to 1986. I do. Same process as SBR's.. just a bit more limited on what you can buy.. but you can still find plenty of M60, M16, M4's, AK47, MP5's, MAC10's... the part that is expensive is the price of the gun.. M16 runs as high as $25K.
ok, i'll be the one to break this open...typical fucking idiot. thats not a big gun...at all.
its just cool lookin.
who are you to say what i should or shouldn't carry around. If you're from the UK you let your government steam roll your rights away, now you have rampant crime and you're a bunch of slaves.
remember that, an armed person is a citizen, an unarmed person is a slave. Just part of a tax base with no voice.
bush pretty much disemboweled the constitution with the patriot act. But remember, a man without a gun is a slave, an armed man is a citizen. There are huge movements right now against legislation like the patriot act, and we're gaining ground and support. the one thing we'll never concede to, is any type of disarmament, because its the most easily recognizable first step in a very evil plan.
if it came to it, we could still revolt with more than pitchforks and clubs.

cuz... a civilian who knows how to use one could take out a lotta people with one.

Well they do sell these rifles to the civilians they are just to expensive to buy.
A civilian could also protect a lot of people from being killed as well.
Armed civilians are called sheepdogs, they protect the herd of sheeple like yourself from the wolves.
