i remember being fully concious (meaning breathing and knowing what was around me) but then..it felt like my left was my right and my right was my left..and i began to float out of my body, if only for a moment..it was like i was acending..it was the most incredible feeling i have ever felt and im searching for it again....

I heard somewhere a long time ago that they removed the brains of people who were thought to have "higher powers" so that they could eat the pineal gland, thinking they would obtain the same "powers".

@mountain19 Actually, the weighing of the body before and after death have shown that one infact weighs the exact same. Nobody loses weight after death from anything other then shitting one's self after death, which is very common. Your body relaxes and your bowels release your wastes. South Park even had an episode making fun of such a fact...

@stevenosmond How would stiffness equate to heaviness? To become heavier, it would have to take on more mass. Besides, rigor mortis isn't permanent. It goes away after a short period.
