lol i saw the LCPD ad to join the cops outside one of the police stations on GTA IV and i tried to type in 555-recruit on my GTA in-game mobile phone but it just gave me a dead tone!! CRAP!!!!

The strange thing is that every time i have broken into a police car right next to cops, ever since i did that, the cops don't chase me!!

I wonder if this is just a strange glitch that caused that the last few times and it didn't really do anything.. i guess i will find out the next time i play lol..
