@piratesonline1 A clue that it's a fake is in the uniform. The fake pilot is wearing epaulets on his uniform coat: epaulets go on shirts and sometimes overcoats and leather jackets or even sweaters. No standard issued uniform has epaulets on the blazer/coat.

CAT III hasn't got almost any restrictions exept for some minimum range of sight (CAT III a,b,c). and why would you need a 25 knt headwind to land a 747? there is no (shouldn't be a) rule that says "for landings - headwind required" .and yea autopilot can be used anytime exept for T/O and you can't use autoland on ILS if the plane hasn't got the required equipment like MD-11
