Daniel Hale Williams (1858-1931) was a pioneer in open heart surgery. In 1893, with the help of a surgical team, he saved a person who had been stabbed. Williams opened up the patient's chest, exposing the beating heart, and sewed the knife wound (which was a fraction of an inch from the heart). He did this without the aid of X-rays, blood transfusions, or anesthetics (numbing, pain-killing drugs).

Bear in mind that standardized intelligence scores (IQ, SAT, civil service testing, etc.) are tremendously important in predicting academic and job performance. You must remember Christians believe in the whole bible new and old testament. The old testament gives us the origin of heaven, earth and humanity. All scripture in some way is about the birth, death and resurrection of the Messiah JC. The bible is absolute truth as to the diety of JC. The return of Jesus Christ is a prophesy stated by Jesus personally. Any other books would simply quote Him. We just have to wait for Him to fulfill His promise.......and He will.
