@BustersTexas all those tha you mentioned should be and usually are enough. snatches could be added if you want and they help too but i think you're pretty much covered with heavy squats, (power) cleans, plyos(depth jumps ,depth drops) and don't forget: some times to improve your vert you have to actually jump. so practice this too along with all the others.

@TRK1394 his pb for clean and jerk is 420lbs. this is obviously a light weight for him as this would have been a training comp or he was coming back from injury. it was also his first attempt...
@MonteyCarlo92081 I have a feeling that's partially because he's doing power cleans to start the lift. I'm supposing he must be coming off an injury or something, but this weight is probably a little lighter than his usual 1RM, so he can control it enough for his form to be just flawless.

You look really powerful & solid there. I wont pretend to know the finer nuances of OL but is there anywhere that describes the technique you are using? It looks different to the triple extension. It actually looks like your knees are very bent in your fully extended position and your elbows never get that high either. But your lifts look so solid!
@thesku11s I think that he hits the triple extension and then re-bends his knees SO FAST to get back under the bar.
*I don't know that much about OL either, just what I have learned at CrossFit. (That's why I'm watching this videos) but that's what it looks like to me.
