It's not Peter Brown, it's Mal Evans counting the bars. When they first recorded the song they didn't know what to put in between the verses (where the orchestral surges are now) so they had Evans count to 24 (as there are 24 bars in between) to be a place filler. When they added the orchestra later, they couldn't entirely get rid of his counting.

I loved the way you used the images all flooding together at the end. Can I suggest a useful tip. When you decide on the photo to use, don't make it too literal. For example, if the word in the song is "book" try to to more thatn the obvious photo of a book etc. That way the video is given a bigger dimension. But the bit with the orchestra was brilliant.
