Aw that sucks it takes a long time for one song, how long would it take for almost 1000 songs? And I wouldn't mind having DRM on my songs but they won't play on my PS3 or any other devices. This is why people just download free music instead of paying for it. I'm never paying for music again, cause the only reason I bought it was to play it in my device and I can't. That's BS.

Thank you sir! After about a day of tinkering and such, I finally have my movie DRM free! I NEVER buy off of iTunes, but not only I like this movie a lot, but it's not out on DVD (and hasn't been announced) and it was only $5.99, so I bought it with the intent of removing the DRM from it. I only wish that it would actually convert it or strip off the DRM instead of simply recording the video, but I'm not watching a near perfect copy of the movie on my PS3!

@cmtification The entire process of un-protecting the ITunes music isn't illegal at all. (Y'know, although Apple-holics like it believe it, Steven Jobs isn't God or the Law) But if you sell or give out the un-protected files, then it's illegal.

But if you just use the songs for your personal use, you're totally fine. :)

It worked for me to convert WMA files. I like to make a note though for users. If you can not open the audio file then you can not remove the protection, which was my case. what I did is I am able to go through my download history on Naaapsta and re-download the songs I have paid for in the past, then convert them ftw. Good lookin' out amkdeath. I tried the noteburner solution yesterday but it was not compatible w/ WMP 12. The Burn function on WMP recognized the virtual drive however it was smart enough to realize that there was not a physical disc in the drive. Soundtaxi was much more easier and straightforward. So, fine. I waited for the video to finish playing, hoping that the new unprotected video would have sound and everything once it finished., BUT it didn't even finish the whole video. It got maybe a few minutes in, and then the silent video disappeared and said the file was converted.
