I've loved military stuff since I was a kid! WWII stuff, especially as there was such a huge variety of stuff! If I was rich I think I'd like to collect old army vehicles as a hobby!
you dont need to be all that rich , there are lots of old military vechiles just waiting to be rescued from scrap yards and other places , so you can by them for small money its the restoration depending on the degree thats pricy
True! Beyond changing my own oil and other basic things I'm not good with mechanics. That would make a huge difference if you have the skill, and time, to do the restoring yourself!
yes and ther are many cluband collector groups across the globe with the help of those members you can find a vehicle , enjoy and have contacts to get parts and help with any problem you have .Just google antique truck or military truck clubs in your area, and ther are a number of outfit across the usa that specialize in mil.restorations
