Whenever I push my button to talk nothing ever comes up to show I am talking

Hey I have a question, i play WoW and when im in game doing something and im not opened into vent i cant press cntrl and talk, ive checked everything. I cant make it so i can talk while im in game doing something. PLEASE help

when i first got it i downloaded it i filled out the user name server and didnt do anything to bindings and when i click connect it says msg: contacting server and doesnt finish connecting please help

I have a laptop and the mic is built in but when I hit my PTT Key (Left Alt) Nothing lights up or happens. HELP ME.

@CombatArmsRUs Make sure your input device is set properly and that you have all the right drivers.

Hey my mic still doesnt work... it works in TokBox and Facebook, and I test it and I hear myself. But I dont hear anything and no1 else hears me when I use it in a channel... I put my settings to the same as the ones in your vid... but nothing is working. Please help me.

@insolence It is the Ventrilo not accepting it if it works in other programs. Try changing your input device and running Ventrilo as an administrator.

heyy, i have problem with my vent, well the set-up is fine and when i talk, people think that i am actually on speaker and the voice is so LOUD but i have headset on,i have no idea have to fix this problem, can u please let me know if u know how to fix this ASAP.

@Arash4lify do you mean that your voice is so loud it hurts peoples ears or that everyone else is really loud?

@Ramuhitsuji no it looks like while im talking my voice repeat like im in speaker...and i havnt finished talking that the voice gets loud for them, the sound rotate back and forth...its like 2 people talkin at the same time making the bad ass voice. if u know what i mean

@Arash4lify I still am not fully understanding the problem but it sounds like one of you isn't using a headset and push to talk so you are reverbing off each other. :/
