@Christianland17 really tricky. i can't give you a definitive answer. I like the short high profile vanes like the Fusions. If you ask another shooter they will say they like something else. I have tried several things in the past and the Fusions are working the best for me right now
Your insert will only add about 1/8 inch. My arrows are cut to 27 1/4" without the inserts. With FOB's you will still have a nock on your arrow so measure from the throat of the nock to where the end of the shaft meets the insert.
kool but wats ur draw length? i have a 29 inch draw and i have 29 inch arrows the arrow is long enough dat it pass the the shelf so i can put any size point on and not have it contact the shelf... is dis right for length?
That is a matter of preference really. With my hunting setup I have a 27.5" draw with a 27.25" arrow for the same reason as you. I don't like a broad head that goes to far past my shelf. My 3D bow I shoot the same draw but I shoot a 26.75" arrow so I can shave a little weight and have a little stiffer spine arrow,
does the arrow have to have the same lenght as the draw length?

You measure from the throat of your nock (where it touches the string) to the end of the arrow.
