umm i have the white ipod touch 4g with ios 5.0.1 and i followed all of these steps but redsn0w said it couldent recognise or find my ipod touch and now it wont boot up >.> what do i do?

When i update my iphone on itunes to ISO 5 now i cant go pass the new iphone wireless welcome screen, its saying i need to activate with the sim. Does anyone know how to get pass this screen?
