As offensive as the site may be, it does seem to have some socially redeeming value: it identifies at least some porn actors who allegedly have AIDS. AIDS is a public (and pubic) health issue.
For an AIDS/HIV carrier/victim to knowingly have unsafe contact with others, without the others' fully informed consent is immoral, if not criminal. To pretend that this is a privacy issue is absurd, because the welfare of the community trumps the rights of the individual. Please, no more PC.

@pinochska if they publish illegal information they can be....medical records are protected by law and whoever the mole at the testing center might be is in a whole heap of trouble and so is the publisher of the information. Libelous information also isn't protected by law. If some states that a certain person is HIV+ and that person is actually not, then that is libel and that person might sue whoever is behind the website for damages.
The publishing of names is just sleazy and lowdown.
