They are all so clumsy in this show. Everyone seems to get boxed, roped, tripped up, have things fall on them, crash into each other.. The characters spend half the time captured or fallen on the ground in each episode it seems. Takes them forever to get up again as well and when they do they trip again or are captured yet again only moments later.

She was created for that series and was based off of a pony from this series called Twilight, the lilac pony with white hair and a purple streak. She's also based off of a toy character called Twilight Twinkle, who looks similar to TS but with blue, pink and purple mane and tail and a gem at the center of her flower-star.

@wer2005 Don't blame the writers for Toei's shoddy work. Hasbro is STILL sore about how sloppy Toei's animators got when it came to these shows. (The Transformers, G.I. Joe A Real American Hero, Jem, My Little Pony, Inhumanoids). That's why people think "Call of the Primitives" was done by TMS - it's the only episode out of the entire cartoon where the animators were really trying, and it sticks out like a sore thumb next to AKOM's garbage work and Toei's half-assing.

8:43- That's odd...when this came on t.v., right before 'To Be Continued' you could hear Molly shouting 'Nooo!' as her shadow was about to be taken. That part's not in this one.

I think they took away the "To be continued..." message because the MLP half of the TV series "My Little Pony and Friends" aired as back to back episodes on (The) Disney Channel with the newer Tales series. Therefore, they thought there really was no need for cliffhangers.
