Figure out the difference. On the GameCube version you could play as Darth Maul if you had the LEGO Star Wars 1 saves on your memory card, but otherwise Darth Maul is only in the first LEGO Star Wars since that was based around Episodes 1 2 and 3.

I assume you mean the statue to the left of the area, where Robin walks up the magnetic wall. There is a statue, under the platform. Push it into place.
