WOW!! Thanks for posting this! I don't even have this..but now I do! We had so much fun doing this!! Thanks for all the support after all these years!
@maggiefatcher It was Anne Kirk, if by Nick you mean the other female presenter I think that was Nikki Groocock. Male presenters were Phil Alexander and Krusher, who I bumped into at a Warrior Soul gig last year. Why was it on in the middle of the night? They filmed in a local club a while back when I was there and that was the one week I forgot to tape it! Doh.
Saw this video once back in like 90/91 when I was in 7th grade. Went right out and bought the album. Great stuff, even if this song sounds very little like the rest of the album.
These cats were around way before Mike Patton joined Faith No More, and way more original than Linkin Park cold imagine....first metal band that actually made this hybrid work.
Been SOOO long since I've seen this video, or even heard the song for that matter. It was sweet to see it on here! Now to find a copy of the song, lol.
thank you thank you thank you!! i recorded this video on vhs from headbangers ball in 1991 and lost it. ive been looking ever since. repoman976 you made my day!
Where numetal failed at marrying rap with metal, these guys made it work actually. Having music savvy and being technically sound as a band doesn't hurt I guess. How the hell poseur bands like Linkin Park, Limp Biskit, and Papa Roach sold millions bewilders me.
Kids fall in love with the bands' images ... Thinkin' they're cool, but they don't care if the bands are any good. "Hey, I'm a Linkin Park fan (fag*) and I like 'em for their videos ... which also are the only songs I've heard of 'em." ... Mordred just funked on and let us all be glad for that! Mordred is, as Faith No More who even had Mordred as their support act would have said - the real thing.
Actually, Linkin Park isn't that bad(they adapted well). And Korn, who I feel solely responsible for that horrible genre, were ok too at first. Too bad Mordred didn't garner the same success as FNM. The same goes for Prong, Scatterbrain, 24-7 Spyz and even Fishbone(when they a had a more rock/metal sound). Those bands would be huge if they got aire play now.
best solo

Awesome, I loved that song and still do. Mordred is the shit!

They are cool. Sound a little like a House music version of latter day Death Angel. Definately nowhere near Infectious Grooves. Still good though.
