where he is at the end is Programmer Island, or Designers Island, i cant remember what one. I play a GM on a private server and i have the commands to teleport there... he didnt show you but there is all kinds of models on that island.. AQ40 and 20 are there.. sunken temple is there... all kinds of big buildings in the first stages. Been there for a long time, so it isnt North rend, sorry to disappoint you.

the first "Development" area is in Developer's Island. The white box room is the new area in GM island. Neither of those are in development for the general public. The final area is Emerald Dream which I would be most pleased if you would show me how to get there although I am very firmiliar with joshyo4's theory of it being impossible to get to.
