  • Love the kiwi accent :)

  • I know you made this video a while back but I'm just finding it. Do you think flaxseed oil can help very dry skin?

  • Hi Check out H2O2. That's Hydrogen Peroxide. If you have melanomas, look that up on youtube. Check it out with your skin specialist, but they're gone within a week, I used 35% straight and it went blistered, one week later clean skin. Chec out 'Benefits of Hydrogen Peroxide mate and pass the message on. Also look up Dr Johanna Budwig. Thank you for the skin solution, gonna try.

Cheers - Ian (scotland... where there's no sun problem!) Is it any good for anemia and S.A.D. and albino's ?

  • I just started using flax seed oil as a night time moisturizer and I have been amazed at how soft my skin is after just a few days. To think it can improve skin quality as well is a bonus but I can see where it makes sense. I'm going to continue - it's all good.

  • Apple Cider Vinegar is amazing. ACV absolutely removed and cured my AK ( Atinic Keratosis ) within 2 weeks!!! Apply directly or mix with eggplant and olive oil.

  • I use it on my skin and also take two tablespoons of the oil internally, and it has almost cured my Psoriasis! (smile) I have only been using it for two weeks, and i can't believe how fast it works! My skin , my hair and nails all look so much healthier! The natural way is the only way to go...as i have had RA for 27 years, and now i have my RA in remission, as after the first five years, I refused to take any more of Big Pharma's drugs for RA and started treating myself naturally!

  • Runescape

  • ingesting the oil is great too, and will reach the skin cells from the inside out.

  • Thanks for the idea. I'm trying it and it works great. I'm watching my skin heal and it's amazing.

  • thanks for the info

  • Great info... I'd like to add that it's important to use a high quality flax oil which will enhance results, also be aware that flaxseed oil is very staining to clothes and its best to either wash them that day or wear those you dont care if they get stained. I've been using flax seed/oil for topical apps since 83 .... Consuming raw hulled sunflower seeds, a great source of omega 6 and protein will help nourish the skin from the inside ....

  • Have you tried Flax Fit? Flax Fit is a flaxseed tablet, much better than eating flax seed. Check it out. You can buy it on Amazon.

  • I really Liked your Video. I've tried a number of things. So I will try some flax seed oil next. To help with my dry skin. Thank You Very Much.

  • I use flaxseed oil as it is brilliant. I have tried coconut oil almond oil and all the rest but flaxseed oil definitely lives up to the hype as it is what I use and it is extremely good for my face. People say I look like Tom Cruise in Top Gun when he was 24 as I am 22. gazzamoller you are definitely right Flaxseed oil is the best oil you can use on your skin, I love using it on my face it is the best. Thanks :) By the way your video was really funny great stuff :)

  • Thanks for posting this, my husband has the same problem with his ears to the point that he has pain sleeping on either side. I'll definately give this a try.

  • This Video is SOOOOOO FUNNY I COULDN'T STOP LAUGHING LOLLLLLLLL!!!!!!!!!

  • I found this VIDEO SOOOO FUNNY I COULDN'T STOP LAUGHING!!!!!!!!!!!

I love it how you talked about baby's bottom etc and how you flicked your ears forward to put flaxseed oil behind your ears absolutely funny LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • love thee accent =)

  • wow interesting thanx

  • Thanks for video.

Linen products are easy to store, they can withstand temperature differentials and the toughest washings, which make them even softer, whiter, and more clinging to the body.

  • are you south african? just curious.

  • Sunscreen actually causes cancer. There are a number of articles about this that you can google. In one article by AOL.news, it was reported that almost half of the 500 most popular sunscreen products may actually increase the speed at which malignant cells develop and spread skin cancer. The article went on to say that sunscreen might prevent sunburn, but don't count on them to keep the ultraviolet light from destroying your skin cells and causing tumors and lesions.

  • Thankyou so much for this fascinating video!

  • why not take it orally to heal yourself from the inside out?

  • hi there, when you said it helped to reduce/rid raw spots, what spots were you referring to? Brown spots?

  • haha u said your skin took a ""smashing" that sucks man. i feel for yah... i had my first really bad sunburn.. when i was 20 3 years ago.. i still have freckles from it.. never again will i pass out in sun like that.. my skins still slightly irritable in some places.. i keep a shit load of sunscreen around these days... even if im only going out for like half an hour i dont let to much sun get anywhere on me

  • i have heard that the best way to incorporate flax seed is to grind it fresh...is that so?are many of the nutrients gone in the oil form?

  • Thank you for sharing, other things for for treatment of skin and cancer is to alkalize the body, alkalizing is ph balancing, we can alkalize of bodies by eatting alkaline food etc, green leffy vegetables, some fruits, the best fruits and vegegtable are raw, that have not had most of the vitamins, minerals & enzymes cooked out of them. I believe the most powerful healing come from nature, the best flax seed oil or any oils is to get is, look for cold pressed on the bottle.

  • out in the sun? or just going out to pick kids from school or food market?. One more thing, Do you recommend taking flax seed or applying flax seed?.Sorry I had to continue this here...thanks for your help

  • Gazzamoller: I don't know much about your skin condition but it looks kind on what I get once in a while behind my ears, around face hairline and in the back neck, they are red patches that itches sometimes and kind of flakes. I thought it was Psoriasis. This is the 1st video of yours I see, I'll check all others but here are my questions: Some days I do not get out of my house at all, how much Vit. D you think I could take?. You said not to take Vit. D when out in the sun? You mean laying

  • sun doesnt cause the cancer but its the sunburn??..UM..but you kind of NEED the sun to have SUNburn damage...........

  • And you NEED the sun to live a long and healthy life. Lack of sun = vitamin D deficiency which is associated with increased risk of at least 28 different forms of cancer.

The anti oxidant Astazanthin and dark berries like blue berries help protect the skin from sun damage.

Sunlight is good for you. Sunburn is not.

  • yeah well to each it's own who's dumb enough to stay in the sun to get a sunburn and not protect themselves prior to sun exposure..

  • Sandrine, I get the impression you are suffering a case of brain-washing that sun is the enemy. It is not.

The problem in part is skin that is not conditioned to the sun from frequent brief exposures is highly vulnerable to inadvertent over-exposure. This helps explain why office workers at at such high risk of skin cancer.

  • Im not suffering from ANY BRAIN WASHING. I don't get sunburn im only saying if ppl get skin cancer it's their OWN dam fault for not protecting themselves and staying in the sun way too long than they need! Please understand my point of you before mixing it up into something i wasn't referring too...

  • Understood - thanks for the comments Sandrine.

  • Ignore the trolls on your video. That is all they are. Even if you were to talk about another subject they would object to it. Internet trolls are a dime a dozen. I love flax seed oil :) So many benefits!

  • yeah I get what you're saying but the sun is still the catalyst in the process...

  • So you wear sunscreen when you go in the sun? It's the best way (aside from staying out of the sun) to help prevent sunburn and skin cancers (and wrinkles).

Sunscreen prevents the skin activating it's Vitamin D production.

How do you get your daily dose of Vitamin D?

  • Short periods of midday sun while protecting areas of previous damage. Vit D supplement on days not in the sun.

  • you right chld!!...now go back to fun in the basement . ..but keep in mind:

too much exposure will get you blind (sun or masturbation)

  • I thought you were suppossed to eat the flax oil. I have hyperpigmentation and that is wheat I thought

  • You can use it as a skin moisturiser. Apply to clean skin, allow to soak in for about 15m and then gently towel off any excess.

Take as a food - 2-4 tsp or so per day. Use just as you would a quality olive oil but do not heat it.

  • Great video man! very informative ... im about to buy some FLAXSEED OIL

    THANKS!!! :)

  • does it not make your porse larger?

  • No, it will not. Never heard of that. Makeup that leaves a solid residue will surely do that, but not flax oil

  • No, not at all. Gluggy makeup and deodorants with aluminimum in them are more likely the culprits.

  • It will do no harm and possibly a lot of good. You should also look at a tissue salt imbalance, principally involving silcon dioxide, calcium fluoride and a few others. You can learn more about Tissue salts by Google searching "Gary Moller Active Elements"

  • Does this work for keratosis pilaris as well

  • how about fish oil vs flax seed witch one is better or combine is better?

  • I do not think that fishoil would smell all that good smeared on the skin! :)

  • also flaxseed oil is better !

  • Omega 3 can come from corn as well.

  • I will be posting an update shortly showing the progress made to the skin on my hands using this simple therapy. Its pretty dramatic, I reckon.

If you want the oil I am using and for more information about omega oils, Google search "gary moller waihi falx oil"

  • would you use cod liver oil on your skin? flax seed only has ALA, but cod liver has ALA, EPA and DHA.

  • Have you used cod liver oil yourself? I would be interested to know the results? What about smell?

  • thanks for sharing!
