TKD is an amazing and skillful art but I think the current format of international competitions is lame as hell.

step 1 bounce, count to 10

step 2 throw up a technique (usually only 1)

step 3 clinch

step 4 restart

For one of the most dynamic martial arts to come off looking so static is a shame.
