They light like a normal lighter. Some flip open and you light it there but ya there the same as a normal lighter.

I have some of the same ones you got. I got the frog, Tiki pole, Poker Chip stack, Ladybug, Pool Table and loads more. I even got a Boombox that plays a short music sound. Cool!
