i'm trying to do this, with 3 different band name's and I want it to be like yours where you see the name once, the names listed multiple times >.< any tips?
Are you using only one field name repeated twice ie. Brand Name. If you have any additional field names this will affect how the data is presented in the total query.
I have created a new video in response to your question. The video is called CountFunction with Dates. I hope it shows you how to solve your problem. Essentially you need to have a field with dates so that you can filter between a start and and end date. If you also employ the operator "Where" you can filter on dates.
