I got a better one.. Play Halo:Reach on Firefight matchmaking, select Firefight Arcade (works best with Anniversary Arcade) and make sure you select the load out that gives you the Fuel Rod, with Jetpack. Just fly up and shoot the fuel rod at anything an everything, or stay on ground. I GUARANTEE that you will get like 3000 to 6000 creds doing this. IF your good. Hope all is good with the battle! Warrant officer grade 3 takes only 66,000 to level up to captain. Its not that hard. But general grades take 150,000. Good luck later in the game :(

this is a good working trick the only thing though once you get your commendations up high you start to drop in the credit earning in the longer run this is great to get out of warrant officer but in the longer run your commendations would be up high that youll only make at least 5k if your lucky to get the 3k jack pot

I it a credit jackpot today for finishing my games routinely. I was a Brigadier Grade 1 and I only needed 187cR to rank up (I have an app that tells me). I finish my game and look at my total credits for that match and I saw that I got a 18,000cR jackpot! I ended up getting almost 20,000cR that match. It basically finished a 1/4 of my next rank progress!

The most credits I've ever received was done by a glitch by Bungie. It was on bungie day and I played a game of Team Swat and I got a total of 1400 cR for that one game, but when my credits went into my credit bar, the whole thing soared!! I went from Colonel Grade 3 to Brigadier in 2 days because of that. It must have been at least 110000 cR. That is why I love bungie!!!!!!!

@SuperOriginalGuy warrent officer grade 3 is the hardest because you get an achievement when you reach captain. you need 66,000 cR to rank up from Warrant Officer G3 to Capt, after that it gets a little bit easier but the credits slowly start adding up back to and above 66,000. hope this helped. i got that information from the halo wiki site that tells you how many credits is required for each rank.
