When i drive the shine splatters on the side of my car( I put it on dry tires). Am i putting too much on????

I have meguiars hot shine tire foam and the hot shine tire coating, can i apply both of these? and if i can, in what order should i apply them?

@pierinho You should apply the foam first and then coating if you want to. Really one alone would work well.
