yea, it's a normal in long fight, but the cockpit crew will be dobel as in

2 Capitan

2 first officer

2 second offficer

example in a 12 hour route the 3 first work 3 hours than the other 3 will kick in for 6 hour work than the other 3 will come back for the rest 3 hour flight
