The airplanes looked to be in flyable condition...where were they going that they need to be hauled in one piece? Looks like it was a fun load but seems like flying them would have been a little more fun ;)
@chazm1980 The planes needed to pass an inspection and to do so needed several repairs done. It turned out to be cheaper for the owner of the aircraft to haul them home to be repaired and re-certified than to have it done where they were grounded.
