I now, live in a place where I can get off of work at 12am walk a mile home by myself as young woman and I never have to look over my shoulder. It is wonderful, I love living in the US. the whole point of that article was that this specific guy was the one Bush used as his go-to to justify torture but it turned out that the guy was cooperative and gave everything he knew beforehand.
when they started torturing him he began yelling out made-up stories because he didn't know anything else. it was a horrible failure and Bush used it as his best evidence of justification by twisting the order.

I now, live in a place where I can get off of work at 12am walk a mile home by myself as young woman and I never have to look over my shoulder. It is wonderful, I love living in the US. But I have lived places where as a woman I couldn't leave my house at night without a man or two because I would be the easiest target.
