@Fairaday1 Pork is very healthy choice of meat depening on which cut you choose as well as how you prepare it. Any meat can be labeled "unhealthy" if it is prepared by frying or covered in fattening sauces, dips or sides. Cuts of pork like pork tenderloin and center cut pork chops are low in saturated fats, carbs and sodium. Do some research and you may be surprised. Thanks for commenting I really appreciate it.
I am not a vegetarian as I eat fish and fowl, but I think if you speak with a cardiologist you may change your mind.
There are many other, better sources
of protein. Many health professionals are certain the consumption of mammal meat can be directly related to many diseases and syndromes such as hypertention and high cholesteral. I wont even begin to say how bad this all is for the pig and cow.
:(
But I'm not trying to start anything, you seem like a nice lady who loves her family.
Thanks so much. I actually recently made a turkey, potato and corn chowder out of leftovers. I really want to do some cooking videos but I am trying to figure out how to keep the children quiet when I do it. Oh well, I may still do one.
WOW!! great meal ideas!! I wished I would of watched this video on the 29th!! I would like to see you make some of these recipes :) Especially healthy recipes :)
Well done and some very good ideas, but I want to say there is NOTHING healthy about eating any pork...
