Great show but interaction between performers and whales is tame compared years ago. Not sure I like what is going on in the "Arctic Wild" exhibit. Single walrus and single polar bear show signs of going stir crazy. Felt bad about what I saw there.Wonder if they get to see real daylight....

Jean-Michel Cousteau (1993) also questioned the educational value of marine parks:
"The ideals of education do not abide easily in a culture of marine entertainment.

I live in FL. Sea World is my ALL TIME favorite place.
I will be majoring in Marine Biology.
I hope to one day train dolphins!

It was to my great disappointment when I heard this over the radio this morning (4/21/2011): "The trainers will be seperated from the whales" I really hope that one day SeaWorld will let their trainers back in the water. This show looks really amazing and I plan to see it for the first time on Easter. When I was a little girl I had went to SeaWorld. The greatest impact that SeaWorld left on me was my dream that is still alive. To become a whale trainer and interact w/ these beautiful creatures

@CaptainSelenewerewol Well your dream will still come true. Trainers are working, as we speak to get back in the water for the last few months of One Ocean, the new shamu show. It's going to happen, and there are video's showing trainers in the back pools working in the water. It's just a matter of time, I'm guessing about a year until they are back in shows.
