He declared war without the consent of congress, he shut down 500 newspresses by military force for not supporting him, he jailed over 100,000 people because they didn't support his war, he allowed quartering of troops in homes without consent of the owner, and he declared martial law, all of which are UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
