Duck is yummy! but they are much much fattier then chicken.under the duck's skin is a thick layer of fat. but that's what give duck its flavour.. love the skin most!

@derekbegins True there is a layer of fat, but cooked properly the fat renders into the pan, and doesn't make it to your plate.
