You've got to watch his other vids for the full story.. probably you should subscribe :) To summarise, he hates Chorus and wants to do ROTC instead, and this pretty much requires a haircut. Almost certainly his dad doing the filming, but there were two cameras there as you can probably see. The film from the other one is on his channel as well.

Actually this one was made with a w10 Pentax. The little camera the Fryer was using in the other vid is a Panasonic sv-av50. Some of the videos are made with a Panasonic MX5000 3 chip miniDV camera.
