Like I said I lived and worked in farming community including a dairy and wool mill and auction mart.

Many friends who are farmers some find badgers a nuisance some don't or don't mind.

I have read the research on the culling and zero culling ran in the uk go get it for your self.

Badgers do carry disease but cattle get disease from other cattle via modern farming methods which is the major factor.

I'll even help, badgers carry BOVINE TB, contracted by badgers from farm cattle, therefore due to failure of farm livestock disease control. Culling badgers will not eridicate Bovine TB, so no point persecuting badgers then. Farmers ARE paid for loss of livestock, depending on the circumstances. As for farmers losing money, why don't you stop the goverment from importing cheaper foreign meat....

This is because infected cattle are moved up and down the country, spreading Bovine TB to badgers and cattle alike. Disease control is key and proper livestock/farm management is desperately needed.

As badgers are latrine animals and follow specific foraging routes, cattle can easily be separated from these areas, decreasing the risk of cross-contamination.

TB testing fails to diagnose TB in 1 in 3 infected cattle, and not every herd member will be tested for TB in their lifetime. If badgers never contracted the disease from cattle, TB would still be an issue due to poor methods of disease control. Find a new angle other than badgers.... If you were right badgers would have been legally exterminated years ago.
