I found a webpage ,which is one of those wrestling news sites, where a writer for the site posted reguarding TNA saying that they need to find there Identity. Also how they pretty much now only push the WWE (for the lack of a better word) rejects.
And honestly there Identity was the X division in my opinion
i feel what you saying i gave up . when they had that who they?? shit .. when they made hogan jeff jaret jeff hardy heel and then on thursday when i saw ric flair actually bowing to hogan??!!!!!!!!!!!! r u fucking kidding me!!!????????????? so am done with tna.. in a 3 to 4 years wwe is gonna buy tna just like they did with wcw and the other crap ring of honor or what its called i dont care!!!
2010 has not been a good year for TNA (well at least to me) PPV wise I enjoyed Lockdown, Victory Road and No Surrender but that's about it. Impact has just been fustrating and tough to sit through. There are moments that are good, but TNA is way too inconsistent. One week would be good then the next two would suck then there will be a decent week. I do like Reaction, but that seems to be about it right now. I do give props where they deserve like the Guns vs. Beer Money and stuff.
its worse. the problem was it was bad early and mid 2009 but got really good septermber through january. when hogan got there it went pretty much downhill.
YOU GUYS WILL NEVER BE HAPPY WITH TNA. everyone on the internet cries "fuck hogan he ruined tna. terry has no input on what happens in the ring hes a name only. most of the guys in charge have been around for the past 5 + years...theyve never known what to do with their product. just enjoy seeing Elijah Burke sting talking to hulk hogan and tommy dreamer in the same shot its the weirdest fucking time in pro wrestling, for a guy whos been watchin since diapers. fuck samoa joe by the way.
It's slightly better than last year IMO. Overall talent rosta is stronger and the reaction stuff is a good addition. Angles/storylines about the same as ever (it wasn't that great a year ago and it's not that great now). The odd good matches but not enough. It's easy to pick on the product as it is now, but let's not forget it wasn't glorious this time last year either. Nice to see MCMG getting a run with the tag belts mind you so it's not all shit.
This time last year (the leading up to Hogan coming) they were booking some of the best stuff for a while for some reason. I mean I hated all the Hogan is coming stuff, but everything other than that wasn't insulting. Main Event Mafia had just died out and we were getting a pretty good product imo. I'll say I love the Reaction style cameras..that's an improvement but the overall product is lacking imo
1:57 You were right the first time. Call him Nigel McGuinness. After the way TNA treated him, he does not deserve to be called that name. TNA first got my attention when they were on FOX Sports. Then when they moved to Spike, they got more of my attention. They had great wrestlers, but I was turned off by Jeff Jarrett as NWA Champion and the Voodoo Kin Mafia. As months went by, I listened to Bill and Doug and became a full blown TNA fan and hated WWE in 2007.
@TheFreakyAdam I've actually attended TNA Lockdown 2007 and 2010. But then they started to go downhill after Hard Justice 2007. The X Division started getting treated poorly. Samoa Joe's World Title reign was a joke. The Main Event Mafia buried the TNA originals. Do I really need to mention the match between Sharmell and the Survivor bitch? End of 2009 looked like TNA was about to turn the corner. But then Hulk Hogan decided to raise the bar and practically do nothing but make it worse.
@TheFreakyAdam Now in the year 2010, I like WWE a little but not as much as I used to and think Friday Night SmackDown is the best wrestling show on TV, and I hate TNA and don't even watch it anymore. If they don't even want to try to put up a better product or have a better attitude about it, then I hope they die and get bought out by Vince McMahon. ROH, DGUSA, and/or CHIKARA are more deserving of a time slot than TNA right now.
I just dont care about TNA righ now. I stop watching it like 3 months ago. I only watch some parts of the PPV's to laugh a little bit at TNA "Vintage" Booking.
But Bound for (shitty) Glory was the bottom line. Screw it..
i would say they are in a worst state than they were a year ago because year ago yea their wrestling level has gone down but they kept pushing the young talent and they kept the x division to its importence and a proof on that is the ultimate x that happend on bound for glory 2009 and also they pushed a lot of young stars like the pope and ofcaurse desmond wolfe kurt angel did an amazing jop pushing desmond and we saw amazing red becomes x division champion and a lot more this year its all gone
Best three-word synopsis of TNA in 2010 ever: "It's all bad". I'm with you 100%. I feel like if a good wrestling promotion came into the picture they could put TNA out of business within weeks.
Worse. I guess I really started to dislike it once AJ was stripped of the title, though RVD winning was pretty exciting on impact. But yeah, you've basically addressed it perfectly imo.
Agreed the Storyline Stuff is Jumbled, They should make storyline's more simple unless they can think of something nice that could be complex and entertaining, but not the shit now, Another Problem is they do some follow up matches from Xplosion which can't be seen in the US. (It used to be shown on Youutbe) and theres no clue to the match and the story. *Hence Eric and Orlando* But overall there should be better wrestling quality.
TNA just needs to take some guys who are just plain boring out of TNA, Samoa Joe, Mr. Anderson, Orlando Jordan, The Pope. Why is The Pope feuding with Abyss? What a shitty feud.

Hate wrestling haven't watched since January and you should of gived up along time ago. Joe AJ arnt even interesting anymore either just admit it.Just let it go man. Its over. Jim Cornnett is right in all he says but all wrestling sucks even ROH. MMA is where it's at
classic if i told you 1 year after hogan signed, hardy was champ, nwo was back, ecw has a stable aswell as ric flair, nigel is a nobody, and rvd is feuding with tommy dreamer, would you think the company was doing well?!
@Nytemare10 Why don't you watch Impact to find out? Impact has been really good the past couple of months and I credit it to Bischoff, not necessarily Hogan but without Hogan Bischoff wouldn't be there. Too many marks trying to act smart. Go back to watching your 20 minute kickout fest main events that's slowly running out of business called ROH on HDNET
it has gotten worse, definitely. TNA and WWE are equally horrible at the moment.. well actually have been for a long time. TNA had something going for them with turning point 09 and final resolution and then they decided they wanted to stop putting on good wrestling and see if they could rise to WWE's level by signing a bunch of people who dont know how to run a wrestling company, what a great idea it was.
tna sucks ass!!!! havnt watched is in bout 2 years and from what i've heard/seen im not missing anything....hogan sucks he's WAY to old for this and he needs to take his old ass to retirement bottom line!!!! and tna needs sum fresh new faces instead of the same old shit they keep putting on tv week after week!!!
TNA has been sucking since 2008 but they r @ their weakest state now Hogan has to go Bischoff doesn't know what fans want we don't want WWE guys we want the X division back we want Samoa Joe to wrestle Desmond Wolfe
@DreDaDon16 TNA had a brief stretch from October to December 2009 they were actually really great of course they went and ruined it but I was really enjoying TNA back then
TNA has been on the decline since 2007 and its only gotten worse, post BFG 2009 was the most hopeful time ever for TNA only to all come toppling down when Hogan and Co. debuted on 1/4/10
im getting really frustrated with wrestling as well. i stopped watching TNA and its been months since ive watched Monday Night Raw for the 2 full hours. and if i miss a show it really doesnt bother me.
wow wtf at the turning point card its they must of been like "oh shit we gotta pay per view coming up" and started putting random people in matchs together lol
I don't know if that's 100% true. For two reasons. The end of 2009 was great stuff for TNA. Especially the PPVs. And earlier this year around June/July when TNA was building towards Victory Road where Hogan and Bischoff missed the whole month and Impact was actually good. The matches were longer, the story lines made sense for the most part.
TNA has taken 3 big steps back. When Hogan signed I was one who thought TNA would shoot thru the roof. I though the Wars were actually coming back. I have lost interest in TNA. I still watch it but it is not like RAW where if I dont watch it live I have to watch it ASAP. Impact just sits there until I watch it sometimes a week rolls around and I dont get a chance so I just delete the last one. But if I dont see I dont feel like I missed anything
Desmond was reduced to doing stand up comedy while idiots like the shore and old people like EV2 hogged the air time. Someone needs to rid TNA of Dixie Carter, as long as she's running the show TNA will keep digging its own grave. I know people enjoy bitching about the WWE but come on, at least they're investing in the future with Danielson, Kaval, Del Rio and others while TNA enjoys doing bad history reenactments.
@KingKaiserSWu r right i mean sometimes i feel that tna creative are stupid its like they always push the wrong guys in onther words they know nothing about wrestling but wwe is smart they saw that the likes of danielson kaval del rio have talent so they push them and i see it every week the only thing thats good about wwe is that they know how to push talent but tna is just full of air head one of them dixie carter the other is fukin eric beshouff after all this years he proved he know nothing
@undertaker456bom lol Bischoff...all that guy ever did was steal from other promotions, he stole talent from the WWF, he stole the cruserweight division from ECW, and he stole the whole NWO idea from a Japanese promotion
TNA has for all intents and purposes cast it's pearls before the swine,InstantClassic.
i am not watching Impact anymore, but i'm not watching WWE either..i wish i could watch ROH and NWA only, need something better for my eyes.
Is this better?..No!
Mickie James,Orlando Jordan, and all the others are jus so meh for me..not worried if they last or don't...i hope they do,but sumthin inside me Classic say they wont.
I tried to watch thursday but after the mixed 6 person tag when Eric Bitch off came out and started talking about whatever I turned it off. It was just so goddamn terrible. I won't be watching at all.
TNA brought in the same people that brought down WCW. How is that a good idea? I will say this though, i thought it was a good idea to begin with to have hulk hogan in tna, due to his stardom and he would make TNA more famous. Too bad it didn't work out, yes more people know about TNA then before, but it has gotten worse storyline and matches wise, and those are the only things that matter really.
I think its worse. I can't watch an episode without getting bored or falling asleep. It's not even Hogan and Eric's fault. The stables are killing my interest completely.
I think tna is ok....its better then last year with the whole main event mafia thing... ywc people to me just seem like complainers from my eyes... I do agree with some of your points though.
Worse. Last year at this point, I didn't know or care what going on in WWE. I was being too amazed by Red vs. Joe, Hamada vs. Alissa Flash and AJ finally becoming WHC again. A year later, I can't even get through an episode of Impact b/c I'm sick of seeing the same promos with Hogan Bischoff and Flair while the great wrestling get's pushed to the side. And now in WWE Orton is super over, Kane is finally getting his shot as WHC, and Danielson and Ziggler just had 3 awesome matches. WWE > TNA
the exact thing happened to wcw from 97 to 98, the cruiserweight division died just like the x division is dying right now and it was good recently. amazing red is not on t.v, orlando jordan has a contract, dixie carter has way too much camera time. hogan steals the spotlight, flair steals the spotlight.and the fact that vince russo is behind this. its awful. is it really that hard to put guys like desmond wolfe, aj styles, and samoa joe good matches, its as simple as that.
yes there is lot of bad in this company, no doubt about that, and it is worse then 2009, but somehow i still have some hope for this company to succeed. am i crazy? maybe so but i dont care. This problem in tna is a easy fix. the question is, will they do it or will they stay lazy and keep giving us the same crap week after week.
i think as far as in ring quality and storylines they have gotten worse, but i think as far as the product getting more well known and getting some media attention hogan has kind of helped them. i actually do kind of care if they do well because they still have a chance to succeed and compete with wwe but thye are just throwing it all away right now
Im in the minority, i think its better now than it was last year, I care more about the storylines than the actual wrestling, however I agree they need to go back to the 6-sided ring, and it won't hurt to push good, young wrestlers, like AJ Styles and Joe. But some positives is Jeff Jarrett is back as a great heel, hogan is a good heel again, I think it is interesting to see Jeff Hardy as a heel, I am very impressed with the storylines in the past month, but yes I agree, EV 2.0 needs to go!
i think its all about Hogan still according to Hogan only reason he ant hogging tv time cause his surgery deal..Eazy e also..hell i nevr liked TNA =] ..IDK WHY IM EVEN COMMENTING. Just Pointless..are you getting Black Ops on Tuesday?
I think the wrestling fans have finally gotten bored and given up this maybe the last year of the hardcore wrestling fans.I guess its just a new time in wrestling and it just isnt for us old fans.I guess i wlll be watching ufc from now on......
@EdmondSwitch You are now also offically a complete moron. If you had a brain you would know I was being sarcastic. Plus why are you searching for my comments I made a week ago? Havok was right you rohbots are so butthurt that you have to troll and stalk people. You fail again. Jeez your ignorance is really scaring me.
dude I understand what you are saying, but I think everyone is tired of waiting for TNA to step it up fans have been pleading for TNA for years now and it seems that they continue to ignore us. The question I have is where is TNA going to be in 2 years.
The way I see it, I'd withold all major judgement until Bound For Glory 2010. Now that's come and gone, I think TNA is much worse. I have no idea what the direction of the company is and the quality of the Wrestling hasn't improved very much, if at all. The TV shows have gotten a lot worse too. Overall, this is definitely bad times for TNA. I'll make a video response to talk about it properly.
I've been giving up since The Band showed up. Now of course, it's gone now but, I have been on the fence about giving up for the last couple months. It's hard man. WWE being the way it is now doesn't help either. I just wanna be able to watch wrestling consistently, not wondering whether to watch it or not. Now for me, it's like " Smackdown or Raw was ok last week. Should I watch again?" Same with iMPACT.
I've defended TNA over the past year. I was so sick of WWE. I was sick of seeing Hornswoggle, SuperCena, Orton, Edge, the entire Kiddie product. TNA was a good alternative, even though they did not push the right people en didn't use their talent as they could, but I would've still chosen them over WWE. But after 10.10.10, this turned around. I was really hopefull for that night, but it turned out that ALL the wrong people get a push, no-one gets released and the best talent is being held down
im alittle upset, first off they take away the 6 sided ring! why TNA!? if it aint broke dont fix it!!!!!!! thats what made the matches better! the innovations, and moves the x division did with the extra ropes, 2nd there rehashing old wcw scrips? 4 horsemen? MILLIONAIRES club? NWO? why.....to me 2006-2008 was the best tna stuff i ever saw....
What's wrong with Matt Morgan? For a big man he seems okay.

i feel ya man and i havent been watching impact for acouple months, why the hell is dreamer fighting rvd?
Nytemare10 1 year ago
@Nytemare10 Why don't you watch Impact to find out? Impact has been really good the past couple of months and I credit it to Bischoff, not necessarily Hogan but without Hogan Bischoff wouldn't be there. Too many marks trying to act smart. Go back to watching your 20 minute kickout fest main events that's slowly running out of business called ROH on HDNET
sinz187 1 year ago
it has gotten worse, definitely.

TNA has been on the decline since 2007 and its only gotten worse, post BFG 2009 was the most hopeful time ever for TNA only to all come toppling down when Hogan and Co. debuted on 1/4/10

I don't know if that's 100% true. For two reasons. The end of 2009 was great stuff for TNA. Especially the PPVs. And earlier this year around June/July when TNA was building towards Victory Road where Hogan and Bischoff missed the whole month and Impact was actually good. The matches were longer, the story lines made sense for the most part.

but, for some reason i dont wanna give up on em

KingKaiserSW 1 year ago
@KingKaiserSWu r right i mean sometimes i feel that tna creative are stupid its like they always push the wrong guys in onther words they know nothing about wrestling but wwe is smart they saw that the likes of danielson kaval del rio have talent so they push them and i see it every week the only thing thats good about wwe is that they know how to push talent but tna is just full of air head one of them dixie carter the other is fukin eric beshouff after all this years he proved he know nothing
undertaker456bom 1 year ago
@undertaker456bom lol Bischoff...all that guy ever did was steal from other promotions, he stole talent from the WWF, he stole the cruserweight division from ECW, and he stole the whole NWO idea from a Japanese promotion

Mickie James,Orlando Jordan, and all the others are jus so meh for me..not worried if they last or don't...i hope they do,but sumthin inside me Classic say they wont.

WWE > TNA

Hope They Die
dadirrtywhyteboi 1 year ago 2
the exact thing happened to wcw from 97 to 98, the cruiserweight division died just like the x division is dying right now and it was good recently. amazing red is not on t.v, orlando jordan has a contract, dixie carter has way too much camera time. hogan steals the spotlight, flair steals the spotlight.and the fact that vince russo is behind this. its awful. is it really that hard to put guys like desmond wolfe, aj styles, and samoa joe good matches, its as simple as that.
grate4life 1 year ago
yes there is lot of bad in this company, no doubt about that, and it is worse then 2009, but somehow i still have some hope for this company to succeed. am i crazy? maybe so but i dont care. This problem in tna is a easy fix. the question is, will they do it or will they stay lazy and keep giving us the same crap week after week.

I think TNA was better in 2010 than in 2009. Anything is better than the main event mafia.

i think as far as in ring quality and storylines they have gotten worse, but i think as far as the product getting more well known and getting some media attention hogan has kind of helped them. i actually do kind of care if they do well because they still have a chance to succeed and compete with wwe but thye are just throwing it all away right now

Ever since Rvd won that title out of know were the product got worse!!
LethalMacho 1 year ago
Im in the minority, i think its better now than it was last year, I care more about the storylines than the actual wrestling, however I agree they need to go back to the 6-sided ring, and it won't hurt to push good, young wrestlers, like AJ Styles and Joe. But some positives is Jeff Jarrett is back as a great heel, hogan is a good heel again, I think it is interesting to see Jeff Hardy as a heel, I am very impressed with the storylines in the past month, but yes I agree, EV 2.0 needs to go!
MattWoosh 1 year ago
TNA has clearly gotten worse, the PPV and Impact quality has gone down and there hasnt been only 1 or 2 good PPVs compared this year.

dude I understand what you are saying, but I think everyone is tired of waiting for TNA to step it up fans have been pleading for TNA for years now and it seems that they continue to ignore us. The question I have is where is TNA going to be in 2 years.
TheFranchise01 1 year ago
The way I see it, I'd withold all major judgement until Bound For Glory 2010. Now that's come and gone, I think TNA is much worse. I have no idea what the direction of the company is and the quality of the Wrestling hasn't improved very much, if at all. The TV shows have gotten a lot worse too. Overall, this is definitely bad times for TNA. I'll make a video response to talk about it properly.
TheHarrisonAnalysis 1 year ago
I've been giving up since The Band showed up. Now of course, it's gone now but, I have been on the fence about giving up for the last couple months. It's hard man. WWE being the way it is now doesn't help either. I just wanna be able to watch wrestling consistently, not wondering whether to watch it or not. Now for me, it's like " Smackdown or Raw was ok last week. Should I watch again?" Same with iMPACT.

It's not unwatchable. One Good TNA match can beat any match that week but it just doesn't happen as often as it should.

SprUtch1 1 year ago
