I can't be 100% positive, but it looks like the Peppermint Lounge as I remember it.

Of course I was just out of highschool at the time... but I frequented the Peppermint to see Joey.... Shout was my favorite! Won many dance contests there to that one... these are great... thanks for the memories Joey!
