  • Unbelievably! You're fantastic ! You bring joy into life ! Love you !

  • actually the first violinist and the second violinist WERE couple at the time this video was recorded. so let him be.

  • WHY at 1:16 is the flautist wearing like a a cardigan, when in the rest of the video she's not????????? Like how is that possible?? Unless this has been edited amazingly well...

  • that flutist is a definite low point in an otherwise very wonderful and entertaining performance …

  • The violinist really needs to keep his eyes on the music... and get a room after the concert... It's already pissing me off t look at his goofy grin... The camera man sort of has the hots for him... else why should he keep focusing on him even when he's not actually playing and plus he's covering a concert, not a lovestory.

  • hey you two! in the violin section! yes, YOU TWO. stop flirting!

  • "And on rainy days, a requim for birds." best sentence

  • Flautist needs to practice just a bit more; cameraman needs to use a tripod; pianist needs to stop being so fancy; and that violinist REALLY needs to keep his eye on his music. :)

  • @SDKfilmproduction

NEVER tell Joo to not be so fancy!

  • @SDKfilmproduction its flutist and the pianists arent being fancy at all. :/

    (btw its called passion) :)

  • the male violinist sure got the hots for his companion...

  • @ViktorDragmire they were in a relationship at the time, lol

  • It's called musical expression. If you have watched any soloist, or most musicians in general play such a piece as this, you will come to realize that that is how they express themselves through their music. Also, it has a great deal to do with keeping the beat.

  • Poor flautist. She did a great job but she looked like she was about to keel over and die right there.

  • I think the flutist is about to die of hyperventilation..you can see it in the facial expressions

  • My Favorite is the Aquirum, cookoo, followed by this :-D

  • Thanks a lot for this video... I just hear Paula Robinson she is also amazing... too virtuous also, she really scares me with her tempo... I have to record this for an audition and it makes me feel good because this is almost the tempo I´m playing it So this video comforts me a lot... jajaja Both versions are really great.....

  • The beginning reminds me of traditional Japanese music - there's the same "feel of nature" in this.

  • does anybody know the words or where i can find the words to the poem in the beginning? ive looked it up a million different ways and cant find it.

it would be very much appriciated! thank you!

  • wow that guy is in love with the 1st violinist or something, don't blame him

  • Julian Rachlin and Janine Jansen used to be a couple. They split up a year ago I believe

  • @jesusranch34 with the flutist, she's sooo pretty!

  • amazing!

  • A song for my favourite friends the songmakers themselves....how sweet.

  • way too forced

  • she belches at the top way too much. not something I favor that much :\

overall, I think she did pretty well... esp. under pressure and all.

  • Maybe you can send us a link in which you do it better on yourself, hehehehehe. Senseless and pointless criticism. D.R.

  • I always play this faster..fun piece!

  • I like it! Even though I don't like classical music!

  • this is romantic, not classical

  • im afriad you dont know what youre talking about, carnival of the animals was written in the 1880s, not the 20th century, and there are NO impressionistic musical devices in it, at all.

  • kinda sounds like somethin from kong fu panda

  • lol, i haven't seen the movie but i guess you wanted to say "Kung Fu Panda" sounds like this.

  • where could i find the music to this

  • Way to kill the bird, flutist!

  • lol

  • Maybe you can do better...

  • This is a standard audition excerpt, as well as for graduate school auditions. Yes I can do it better and I've done it many times.

  • @dasteufelhund i sort of agree. she wasn't very spirited even though her technique was flawless.

  • @Ashurasonic2Jesterex Her technique was anything but flawless.

  • who's lyrics are these?

  • That flute player is decent...I'm sure she plays it better at home. I love this movement!

  • wow this is awesome

  • i like it at the end, when the real birds outside are chirping.

  • This is cool!!!

  • THis is my favorite of the carnival of the animals!!!!

    THi song Rocks!!

  • I don't like that flute player. ...She makes it look so effortless! :)

    Love this.

  • its suppose to look effortless, do you really want to watch something that LOOKS hard? I like how she makes it seam second nature.

  • True, but the way she moves... it just flows so nicely. And sometimes it does look hard just by watching their movements, but with her if you just watch her fingers - it's so simple. Yet you know by hearing it that it is not that easy to do.

  • i know its sooo cool!!!!! do you play the flute?
