You are absolutely right!!! The food in America is terrible. When I lived in Lithuania every American I knew, including myself, ate more, had more energy and lost body fat. I'm not a lard ass and I work out (used to run the Gediminas castle hill a lot) but I still lost body fat while I was there. And my digestive system worked the way it is suppose to work! That's why we now call them "Americows" The home of the brave has become a country of lard asses!
